\u201cHer tonunun ayr\u0131 bir huzur verdi\u011fi ye\u015fillikleri ile Ayval\u0131k\u2019ta unutamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z anlar ya\u015fay\u0131n.\u201d c\u00fcmlesiyle tan\u0131t\u0131lan proje, \u00c7amoba\u2019n\u0131n k\u00f6y yerle\u015fiminin olduk\u00e7a uza\u011f\u0131nda, tamamen k\u0131z\u0131l\u00e7am orman\u0131 ile kapl\u0131 bir b\u00f6lgede y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 1\/100.000 plan\u0131nda tar\u0131m alan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde k\u00f6yl\u00fcn\u00fcn mera olarak kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan tamamen imara a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2014\u2019te \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan B\u00fct\u00fcn\u015fehir Yasas\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde Bal\u0131kesir \u0130l Genel Meclisi karar\u0131yla yap\u0131lan, b\u00fct\u00fcnsellikten uzak, planlama ilkelerine ayk\u0131r\u0131, parsel bazl\u0131 mevzi imar plan\u0131 \u015fimdilerde devreye sokuluyor. Ayval\u0131k\u2019ta do\u011fal ya\u015fam\u0131n ve k\u0131rsal ekonomik etkinliklerin son \u00f6rneklerinden olan bu ormanl\u0131k alan \u201cGeli\u015fme Konut Alan\u0131\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda pazarlanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bu ve benzeri projeler engellenmedi\u011fi s\u00fcrece Ayval\u0131k\u2019taki t\u00fcm do\u011fal alanlar bu t\u00fcr sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n hedefi olmaya devam edecektir. \u00d6zellikle \u201cekoturizm\u201d hilesiyle meralar\u0131n, orman ve tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131n yok edilmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilemeyecektir. Kamu yarar\u0131 de\u011fil ki\u015fi yarar\u0131 g\u00f6zetilerek, g\u00fczel il\u00e7emizin t\u00fcm k\u0131rsal alanlar\u0131 parsel parsel pazarlanmaya a\u00e7\u0131k hale getirilecektir.
Ayval\u0131k Tabiat Platformu olarak do\u011fal ya\u015fama ve kamu yarar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik t\u00fcm sald\u0131r\u0131larda oldu\u011fu gibi, bu konunun da takip\u00e7isi olaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
